The IAASA examined 39 annual and half-yearly financial statements, raising 164 separate matters with the companies concerned. This resulted in 134 undertakings made by 28 companies to improve their future financial reporting.
The IAASA also undertook four thematic reviews of specific aspects of financial reporting practices, and published the final outcome of fourteen financial reporting decisions reached during the year.
